I was browsing through my old hard drive and in a folder long forgotten; I found Command & Conquer : Red Alert 2. Its an old game but I use to play it all day long. I really liked it but hated playing without cheat codes.
There are no built in cheat codes in C&C and you have to use a trainer for it. But the problem with trainers is that if you update your game engine then they are rendered useless.
I,myself have long left trainers of any kind. Mostly, they are full of viruses or does not work properly. I have found the perfect software which is a kind of universal trainer. You just have to follow 2-3 simple steps and it becomes a trainer for your game.
According to the author :-
“ArtMoney is a cheating program you can use for all games. ArtMoney can make a troublesome game easier to win by helping you find the memory address where a desired quantity (like amount of money) is located so you can change that quantity. In spite of its title, ArtMoney actually allows you to change any quantity specified in a game, whether it be dollars, bullets, swords, or health points. The program finds a hex address based on the input parameters you set and prints these addresses with their corresponding values. For example, if your character has 1,431 dollars, ArtMoney searches and displays all memory addresses containing the value of 1431. Of course, as there can be hundreds of memory addresses displayed after a simple search, you will need to filter these addresses. ArtMoney is not intended for multiplayer or online games, but sometimes it can work. ”
Simple tutorial :-
The first way to cheat in a game is to search in process memory. Run ArtMoney and the game. Select any parameter and keep it in your mind. Then, go to ArtMoney using Alt-Tab or Ctrl-F12. In the drop box, select the game you want to cheat on. If the game does not appear in the select process, then read the chapter – ‘Select the process using Spyware Process Detector’.
For example, if you want more money, then click “Search” and select “Search: Exact Value”. If you know nothing about the value type, then set the type to “All (standard)”. For details about this method, read the chapter – ‘Search for exact value’
For example, if you want to find health points, but it is shown as a bar without numbers. Click “Search” and select “Search: Unknown value”. If you know nothing about the type of value, then set the type to “Integer (standard)”.
Failed?! Then continue. Try to select another parameter in the game. For example, money is coded in ‘Allods’ (‘Evil Islands’), but you can easily get some things you can sell for money. Set the ‘Swords’ parameter to one million. Sell swords and get 10 million! In ‘Warcraft 3′, the gold is coded, but you can get it easily in a mine!’
